Family Newspaper: terms

These terms are a translation: the Danish terms are the ones that apply.

Who sells the paper

The Family Newspaper on paper is sold by Familio ApS, CVR no. 38924184, Nyhavn 31G, 3. th., 1051 København K, Denmark. Write to avis@rede.life.

What you get

A printed newspaper in colour, 2, 4 or 8 A4 pages every month, with the photos, events, birthdays and news your family has shared with “Family” in Rede. It is posted to the address you choose, in Denmark or abroad. The household can check and correct the paper in the app until 12 noon on the Friday before it is printed.

Price and payment

DKK 79 (Danish kroner) a month per home, including VAT and postage. It is paid in advance each month by card or Apple Pay through Stripe. The gift “12 papers” costs DKK 899 once and does not renew by itself. There are no fees.

No paper, no payment

If fewer than four photos have been shared with “Family” when we close the paper, we make no paper that month, and you don't pay for it. The month is taken off your next payment. The same goes for a month you have paused.

Delivery

The paper is printed and posted at the start of the month. In Denmark, the delivery company dao usually delivers it in 2–5 working days; abroad it usually takes 4–10 working days. If it doesn't arrive, tell us in the app under “Paper didn't arrive?”, and we'll send it again free of charge.

Cancelling and pausing

You can cancel at any time in the app. There is no commitment: the subscription runs until the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed. You can also pause a month and stop the paper to one recipient.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you order. Use “Withdraw from contract” in the app or write to avis@rede.life. We refund everything for papers that have not been printed yet. A paper that has already been printed is made from your family's own content and cannot be returned.

Price changes

We only change the price with at least one month's notice by email, and you can always cancel before the new price applies.

The PDF edition

Families who have bought Rede get the paper as a PDF by email at no extra cost. It is part of the App Store purchase and not part of the paper subscription. Families trying Rede get one sample issue.

Complaints

Write to us first, and we'll find a solution. You can also complain to the Danish complaints body Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, via forbrug.dk.
